Paul Byron Hill MBA MFP MSFS ChFC WMCP RICP CFP is CEO, president and founder of Professional Financial, one of the first fiduciary advisory firms focused on clients’ best interest. As a trusted personal chief financial officer, he collaborates with a closely aligned network of legal, tax and accounting experts, to provide retirement planning and wealth management services for affluent and aspiring families.
Over nearly 40 years, Mr. Hill has garnered a reputation for expertise in the development of financial planning as a profession. Forming a fiduciary firm early on that adopted and applied new thinking and growing evidence to people’s lives, Mr. Hill innovated a wealth planning process that reliably realized clients’ needs and goals.
Paul has also been an adjunct faculty member for the College for Financial Planning, and he has taught at St. John Fisher College. Paul authored his first book, Retire Abundantly, in 2017, and has appeared on ABC’s “The Secret Millionaire.”
Mr. Hill and his firm have been written about in Forbes, Fortune, and Bloomberg Business; Reuters named him among the Top Advisors in the U.S. Formerly active in the Gideons International, Paul served as a chapter president. Lastly, Who’s Who has presented Mr. Hill with the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award and more recently their Distinguished Humanitarian Award.
Paul and his wife, Katherine Hill, provide education and health services for the Christian Hmars and Hindus of northeastern India. They serve as financial parents for nearly 150 poor and orphaned children through high school and provide matching funds to construct the first junior college in Muolhoi, in northeastern India—the first junior college in that area open to all religions.
